Wayne Cobb, Chief Executive Officer
Wayne incorporated Cobb Systems Group in 2009 as a vehicle through which to develop products and offer a partnered approach to meeting and exceeding the business and technology consultative needs of all industries, with a specialized focus on talent management in the financial services sector.
Prior to launching CSG, Wayne held positions as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Rydex Investments, and Senior Vice President of Wealth Management Technology at Thomson Reuters. Wayne has won many business and technology awards, has multiple patents, and currently performs as the musical artist and singer/songwriter Wayne Unchained.
Christine Juettner, Executive Director And Chief Operating Officer
Christine established the CSG Solutions - US presence in 2009 to facilitate talent acquisition, solutions delivery, and product distribution. CSG Solutions-US serves as the intellectual property holder, contract holder, and relationship manager for the entire CSG offering.
Prior to joining CSG, Christine led project management, technology operations, and software quality assurance functions at Security Global Investors, supporting transfer agency, accounting, investment management, sales, marketing, product development, finance, and other business functions.
Karunakar Neriyanuru, Executive Vice President Software Solutions And Chief Executive Officer, CSG Solutions India
Karunakar runs Software Solutions for CSG – US and established the CSG Solutions - India presence in 2009 to facilitate CSG global value delivery to our partners who have an international presence and offshore needs. CSG Solutions - India delivers timely and high-quality software engineering and technology construction, deployment, and support.
Prior to joining CSG, Karunakar led enterprise application development and operations for the Monsanto, India global commercial team. He has worked in several technology leadership and architecture roles at Monsanto, Credit Management Solutions, Intellisoft Technologies, Honeywell India Software Operations, and Wipro Systems. Karunakar has an extensive background in software engineering, technology leadership, and offshore and outsource solutions engineering, including organizational bootstrapping and technology solutions engine “harnessing.”
Stephen Ray - Chief Technology Officer
Stephen joined Cobb Systems Group in 2012 with responsibility for driving the continued development of CSG’s portfolio of products and services.
Stephen began his career as a developer of embedded control software for radiotherapy devices. From there he moved into financial services taking on increased responsibilities in roles in London and the USA, culminating in the role of VP of technology for the Wealth Management group of Thomson Financial. After Thomson Financial, Stephen joined Capgemini where he led strategic, architectural and solutions design engagements for several financial services clients. These engagements covered a broad range of financial service areas including wealth management, core banking, lease financing, insurance, and investment banking and management.
